The images look like people. Those "interactive" pieces seem very interesting because in addition to the working the mind when making the artwork, physical exertion and movement is also required. It is a good feeling to sense and see the impacts of your emotions through physical movement. I like the medium,style, and idea behind that kind of artwork. However, I do not understand - were the cans tied behind the canvas or in front of the canvas? How did the artist set it up?

the cans are tied to the back, and the front is coated with plaster of some sort--- the paint spills through to the front.
